Returns + Exchanges

Return Policy

Request for a return must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. To return a purchase, please email info@sarakibyritaperez.com with the subject line “Return Request {order number}” and provide a reason for your return.

Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

Product must be returned in the original packaging and must be in new, unused, unworn condition. It is the sole judgement and the discretion of the company whether a product is faulty or has sustained damage as a result of normal wear or other normal circumstances.

Exchanges
